Q: What should I do if I am having a difficult time installing the reflectionband® around my rear-view mirror?
A: This can sometimes happen depending on the size and/or width of your vehicle’s rear-view mirror. Not to worry! If you believe that your reflectionband® is not going to fit around the frame of your rear-view mirror, simply take the reflectionband® and stretch out the Mounting Band a few times in a similar fashion to a resistance exercise in order to break-in the silicone rubber. Upon performing a few Mounting Band stretching repetitions, repeat the installation process. This should do the trick!
We guarantee that reflectionband® has been engineered to fit around the rear-view mirror frame of ANY year, make, and model of passenger automobile or truck.
Q: I live in an area where the outside temperature can reach over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer time. Will reflectionband® melt on my rear-view mirror or damage my car if exposed to this climate?
A: No. reflectionband® is manufactured using a high-grade commercial silicone rubber that is resistant to extreme heat. In addition, reflectionband® is treated with UV protection throughout the manufacturing process to protect both the color of the reflectionband® itself and the printing on it from fading and/or peeling due to extreme heat conditions.
Plus we are based in North Texas and have performed extensive product testing in the harsh Texas summer heat and reflectionband® always passed with flying colors!
Q: I live in an area where the outside temperature can be below freezing in the winter time. Will reflectionband® crack or fail?
A: No. reflectionband® is manufactured using a high-grade commercial silicone rubber that is resistant to below freezing temperatures. We have performed extensive product testing in extreme below freezing temperatures and the physical integrity of reflectionband® neither failed nor was ever compromised.
